Shipping policy

Cremation items that require ashes to be mailed to me can take 3-8 weeks after receiving the ashes. Please reach out if you would like to have a better idea of the processing time of a certain item. 

Please note:

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information. Our (Soul Impressions) responsibility for the package ends when the carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for:

• checking with the household members, neighbors, and the local delivery carrier.
• contacting the shipping carrier directly to investigate the delivery.
• filing any necessary claims with the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or missing packages after the carrier confirms delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure that their shipping address is correct and that deliveries can be received securely. 

If you need assistance locating a package, we are happy to provide tracking information and carrier contact details.
